Effective October 17, 2026. The short version: Uplift keeps everything on your phone and collects nothing about you.
What Uplift stores
Uplift stores your settings, the focus areas you pick, the wisdom you save, your reflections and your notification history. All of it is saved in the app’s storage on your device. None of it is sent to LazySupply or anyone else.
What Uplift does not do
- No account, sign in or email address.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
- No selling or sharing of data, because we do not have any.
Notifications
Uplift schedules its notifications on your device. The content of each notification is chosen on your phone and is never sent through our servers.
App updates
When you open Uplift it may check Expo’s update service for a newer version of the app. Like any download, that request includes standard technical data such as your IP address and app version. It does not include anything you have written or saved in Uplift.
Sharing
If you choose to share or copy a quote, it goes wherever you send it using the iPhone share sheet or clipboard. Uplift does not see where it goes.
Deleting your data
Deleting Uplift from your phone deletes everything it stored.
Children
Uplift is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
